AUTUMN YIN YOGA Yin Yoga is a strong stretch yoga practice with poses held for between 1-5 minutes. Bringing balance to your Yang Yoga practice (Hatha, Vinyasa, Power Yoga), Yin targets the deeper connective tissues of the body such as fascia. Join Susie for this Autumn themed practice suitable for athletes, the deskbound and those who love a good stretch YIN -is considered a useful practice for building bone density -is a form of resilience-building, as holding the poses can be challenging -focuses on the meridian channels of the body, believed in TCM to boost organ health and overall general wellbeing Not suitable when pregnant

To cancel or reschedule, please give a minimum of 12 hours notice. Failure to give 12 hours notice may result in you being charged.
