PRIVATE LESSONS

BENEFITS

A one-on-one private yoga session allows for in-depth attention to your needs. Put yourself first with a personalised Hatha Yoga, Gentle Somatic Yoga(R) or Restorative Yoga lesson

PRIVATE GENTLE SOMATIC YOGA(R)

A private Gentle Somatic Yoga(R) lesson is inspired by Hanna Somatics (Thomas Hanna). Gentle Somatic Yoga is a therapeutic movement practice to release back, front and side body muscle tension, release stiff joints, increase flexibility + improve posture. Tremendously helpful for those with stiff joints, fatigue, mild aches and pains, private tuition from Susie includes GSY(R) videos for home use

PRIVATE HATHA YOGA LESSON

This suits those that are nervous about joining a group class or that find certain poses uncomfortable. Join me for a personalised hatha lesson so we can take time to make adjustments, so that you know how to find ease in a group class

PRIVATE RESTORATIVE YOGA LESSON

Restorative Yoga suits those needing deep rest. It's a still practice done on the floor with lots of props to encourage total relaxation while being guided through breathing exercises, meditation + a period of silence.  Keen to do something extra-special for yourself or some friends?
