Clothing that's easy to move around in

Layers are best for your comfort - in winter think tracksuit bottoms + two to three layers of tops + thick socks

PROPS FOR A PRIVATE LESSON

​Please bring a blanket or bath sheet to use as a head prop during class

All other yoga props can be supplied or you're most welcome to bring your own mat, bolster, blocks and eye pillow

BEFORE CLASS

Going to a yoga class immediately after a heavy meal can be uncomfortable, especially when performing certain poses.  As a general rule, stop eating two hours before class
