RESTORATIVE YOGA

There's no yoga experience required for restorative yoga, and maybe there's no yoga experience like it!

 

This is a still practice with participants lying in various comfortable positions on the floor on a cosy base with blankets and bolsters creating a cocoon of comfort, warmth and support. While you're basking in stillness you'll be nourishing your mind, body and soul with rest. Re-charge with guided mindfulness & relaxation techniques, gifting yourself an effortless health and wellbeing practice 

 

Book a monthly Sunday Sanctuary, a mini-retreat to unwind, slow right down, relax and de-stress. By slowing down the body, we slow down the mind and the breath. That leads us into the part of the nervous system where we rest, digest and repair, where healing takes place

A special Restorative Yoga Mini-Retreat with HeartMath® breathwork to synchronise your heart, mind and emotions to encourage a shift towards more emotional balance, compassion, clarity and personal confidence

- Take home a choice of 3 essential oil blends, aligned with the retreat’s theme (additional cost)

This winter there’s the option to experience warm basalt placement stones laid on the back, abdomen and hands during poses for their grounding and soothing properties
