A special Restorative Yoga Mini-Retreat with HeartMath® breathwork to synchronise your heart, mind and emotions to encourage a shift towards more emotional balance, compassion, clarity and personal confidence

HeartMath® and Restorative Yoga may ease mild stress & anxiety, boost immune function, trigger ‘feel good’ hormones, release muscle tension and improve sleep by regulating the nervous system through simple guided breathwork, meditation and effortless yoga poses

No yoga experience required. This is a still practice with participants lying in various comfortable positions on the floor on a cosy base with blankets and bolsters creating a cocoon of comfort and support
