Somatic yoga is based on the work of Thomas Hanna who created these beautiful slow flow therapeutic movements to unwind chronic muscle tension that contributed to poor posture and associated mild pain + stiffness in muscles, fascia and joints

I teach live - the benefits of joining me live are that I can give you feedback much like I'd do in class

The class is also recorded (just me, not you, so don't worry!). I then send out the recording. You can watch this recording over and over for the next 7 days until the next class in the course is released
